steam has 2 different pages and 2 different publishers. i noticed visual differences

Remake and Remix are still the same. The other one is the original, that's getting a Steam port soon.
The original is the only one you should keep an eye out for, Remake/Remix is never releasing.

The Remake and Remix are the same game being released by Critical Bless (maybe but probably not). The other page you see is the original version being published by Mango Party with the original developer. It is confusing but there are different games at this point.
Never heard of this remix, can't find where to download it, was it never released? Like, not even an early version?

It has not been released. At this point it does not seem like it will ever be released. A demo was announced but that never got released either. You can see what it could be and the ongoing jokes about it here:

okay, a few days ago ntraholic had releasedate listed as 17 december on steam, now it just says december 2025... i cant access the storepage but did the dev say anything there?

Their Discord channel would have the latest news. But they have been very silent on Ntraholic's Steam release lately so no news there. Maybe they are overwhelmed with this release, the DLC update for The Censor, and their next game, Lifeguard Legend, and they dropped the ball so delays for everything.

Oh didnt even know about Lifeguard Legend, i knew aout the Censor DLC delay but only because i had someone gift it to me recently... being in Germany sucks hard in terms of Hgames on Steam. Well guess we will see when stuff comes out...

The dev a while ago said besides being uncensored it will have some quality of life changes and maybe some new NPCs

There is a bit of sharing with random men. It is part of the story so you have to do it once to continue.
