I finished unlocking up to skill 3 but skill 4 is still locked despite fulfilling the 300 lust points requirement and I just finished the 30 day deadline too but apparently I "survived" as the game says. The latest skill consists of a maid cosplay you can use during the balcony scenes but that's probably where the latest update ends.

I checked the dev's kickstarter page and I can't seem to find any mention of a skill4 bug so it's probably a TBA content.

The whole point of tags on a site for porn content is to allow the consumer to see content they like and avoid content they dislike. Yes, you are correct that technically the ntr appreviation contains netori. But it's not an invalid point to make that the ntr tag here can be easily misleading since in most cases it doesn't mean netori. And there's a lot of people who don't mind netori but would rather avoid other forms of ntr.
