I'd be very surprised most times this gets leaked it usually comes out of nowhere, there really isn't much traction on here for this game compared to the others.

Which is odd as its no where near the worst of its type at all, the character design is good

It feels a bit rushed at some times and even the Dev considers a rewrite.
But the art is great and the plot in general seems fine.

Yeah the artwork is good, kind of hope he doesn't rewrite but yeah. The premise is good

Hi guys, just so you know—I’ve decided to expand the story a bit before Irene cheats, by adding a brief episode where the MC and she go to the beach. I want to show what their relationship was like before everything started. I ran a poll on Patreon, and I think this is the best approach for now.

I hope you like it this way. Next update will come in a couple of weeks.

Good call felt way too fast from "best girlfriend ever" to "I am cheating on my boyfriend see ya!"

I will release 0.8 this thursday and 0.6 on sunday in itchio.
Probably I will drop a few subscriptions here or in my twitter (I need to be more active there )
A suggestion NtrNautic , Twitter is husk of its former self. In most circles, it's consider worse than boomer Facebook. You'd be better off using something like BlueSky, TikTok, Instagram, etc.

If you're going to be giving away a few subscriptions, it could be better to leverage some community engagement to help promote your game. For example,
  • Is there a streaming service where you can leverage through patreon for us "free" subscribers? (I don't think itch.io has one.)
If so, post it for all free subs, and promote it to increase both your free & paid sub headcounts.

The live stream could be showing your development cycles, how you make your AI, story boarding ideas, community feedback or story ideas, AMA questions, hell, you playing another game.

Sure you get some of that feedback already from paid patreon, but this is an opportunity to grow you both kinds of subs so free subs convert to paid subs later.

  • Use it as a membership drive like PBS, NPR, etc. If you cannot stream through patreon, use something else like Twitch, YT, Instragram, TikTok, etc.

Then during the engagement, promote your free patreon subs (for which some will convert later on.) Have the giveaway associated with free tier membership growth. For each goal, give away a subscription to someone who is a registered free sub (and possibly in the stream -- but IRL things like jobs may keep some folks from attending who may be long standing free subs like myself & use Itch.io.)

Sure, a percentage will be dicks and unsub the free tier, afterwards but I suspect most won't. They showed up because of their interests and the free sub does them no harm. This will allow you direct announcements with those folks in a more timely fashion than resorting to Zone postings.
Before you resort to the Twit, check around for what other folks do for social promotions. There may even be posts in the F95 Developer forums covering social media engagement & subscription conversions. Don't sell yourself short and waste an opportunity.

Big agreed. Instagram or Bluesky are alot friendlier to your algroithim and to you posting links, the only thing bluesky users detest is AI stuff. So. yeah.

I implemented a system to jump between routes and chapters. I hope that future updates do not imply to play from the beginging. Sorry for that.
