iirc the village from the start is very perverted. The village chief was training Nami before, and there were even two kids teaming up against a girl, which also ended by being bedded by the kids' father. I doubt Ragnas had an influence on this, but he just chose to stay in the village to enjoy this, since he has the power and can order people around.

I would compare it to Summer Salt (a VENUS game), where the people in Anoyama village have a very hyperactive sexual propensity, and just turns to chads or sluts when engaged in sex. Could be a village custom, or just the genetic makeup from the village isolation. As for why the MC is not a chad when he did manage to get some action, well typical NTR MC I would say. Now this is my headcanon which I arrived to by playing a different game, I doubt this is what the author intended to, but that's how I explained the people's actions in this game when I played it

I'm not sure what the rest of the village has to do with Filia, and especially Marie going from zero to turbo-slut in record time. The fact that the rest of the men in the village were massive perverts was hinted from day 1 if you were paying attention to the various bits of dialogue (assuming you stopped to talk with the various NPCs). It's pretty heavily hinted, as others mentioned, that the main reason why Filia and Marie were safe up until Ragnas pops in on the scene is because the MC could beat the shit out of anyone else in the village that would have tried to make a move on them, and the only other person in the village that could beat the MC in a fight was Kaede, a woman who wasn't involved in their shenanigans. (Though she didn't do anything to stop them either.) The fact that Garuda relies on Ragnas' authority to keep fucking Filia, rather than trying to get rid of MC on his own, is very telling at the end of the game, along with some other things.

By that same token, Filia's mother was the previous village bicycle, so it's not entirely improbable that she's genetically predisposed towards being a slut, so to speak. Especially in a setting with magic and who knows what else in it... However that doesn't explain Marie, who literally goes dick crazy in less than a week...

Also, my understanding was that MC and his sister were orphaned at a very young age, which is probably why they weren't indoctrinated into the village traditions the way everyone else was. If you pay attention to some of the side-talks, while Garuda is a massive perv all on his own, his father definitely eggs him on and introduces him to the idea of free use village women like it's something natural.

Regardless, at the end of the day, we'll never know. For me, Ragnas (and possibly Abel too) using magic and drugs on Filia and later Marie makes more sense to me, and it's somewhat supported by one specific scene, some comments and the behavior of certain girls under certain circumstances. The other village girls too, they're obedient, but it's not until they're all used up in that massive orgy-thing on that one Thursday with Abel and Ragnas that they really become cock-crazy. Up until then, they still show various signs of resistance to their circumstances, as much as said circumstances allow anyway... but they're not genuinely enthusiastic about things.

That changes quite a bit during the ending of the game...

right... forgot that given how the gameplay works (forcing a "reset" at the end of the week if you have not completed the checkpoints), the canon story implies Marie just became a slut in 5 days or so. Yeah got your point there, her corruption was way faster than Filia. Though I would say Filla has the benefit of us seeing her scenes and thoughts, while we were totally left blind with Marie's until the end.

I don't remember the exact point, or which character mentions it... I think it was the village chief that says that Filia's mother was brought to the village for that express purpose, and then mentions that it's Filia's turn? Something like that... It's after Ragnas arrives, so not in Phase 0.

The most you get in Phase 0 is Filia mentioning that she has mixed feelings about her parents and that she used to hate her mother before the dragon killed them, but you don't know why then.

Filia also mentions it when Rangas talks about taking her virginity. He makes her apologize for being a virgin, and she mentions how she hadn't had time to "do that, yet," which also implies that she knew beforehand. The Nan of the village also implies in the Prologue that she'll have to get used to doing something all the time soon. Then there was the scene in the bar in the Prologue where Filia was going to show some skin, but Marie interrupted them. She went into a kind of trance, and after Marie interrupted, she said, "What was I doing again?"

As for the Magic aspect, it's quite clear in the dialogue that Ragnas is using Healing Magic on Filia so her body can handle the punishment, not brainwash her. She's already predisposed to this behavior from the earlier clues. She also mentioned at the grave how she resented her parents, so I'm guessing they were grooming her. The years of normalcy with Marie and Mars after her parents died basically covered up her grooming until Ragnas showed up and started fucking her. It's also implied in her expression in the Super Happy Ending like you speculated, that once she started having sex with Mars in that world, she turned into a super slut again, because it was like a trigger to her upbringing.

The real takeaway to understand, though, is that none of the endings are real. Mars died. He was murdered by Black Knight Elina. The demon or dragon spirit or whatever "The Ancient One" was in the ruins basically sent his soul to an eternal "paradise" of Mars' making as a reward for breaking the seal. The real world, the village with the super sluts constantly participating in orgies all day every day, still exists and is the real ending. I wonder if Filia or Marie even care when they go home and find his dead body outside his house. They probably shed crocodile tears for 2 seconds before Rangas and Able stick their dicks into them again, probably right there next to Mars' dead body.
