Yeah, it's kinda hard to explain. Think it's also to do with the idea of corrupting the heroine - netorare is an effective way to show the full extent of the corruption and contrast how the character was before.
I think rule 43 of the internet is along the lines of: "the purer something is, the more satisfying it is to corrupt it", which is basically netorare in a nutshell and sums up why a lot of folk like it.
(Has to be said; there's a thin line between satisfying netorare and something that's massively emotionally depressing - I seem to recall NTRPG falls into the latter category)
You would love to read the novel "Kamen Rider Faiz: Deformed/Grotesque Flower"

I can't imagine anything more disgusting than missionary style with a partner you've been monogamous with for 20 years, but you do you.
I'd say her leaving you for another man would still be a step down...

Does anyone know similar games with these graphics?
Outside of teh NTRPG games, (both and x-mas special)

'Henteria Chronicles' is a series which is following in the same footsteps and in many ways better: https://f95zone.to/threads/henteria-chronicles-chapter-1-up-6-fix-2-n_taii.39952/ https://f95zone.to/threads/henteria-chronicles-ch-2-the-law-of-the-tribe-update-16-n_taii.61811/ https://f95zone.to/threads/henteria-chronicles-ch-3-the-peacekeepers-update-6-n_taii.134272/
(Third game is still in development but the updates get released every month or so)

if you don't mind me asking why do people like NTR?
ive said this many times quite a few people are in it for the shame itself and the feeling of being stolen from, others like myself are in it for the schadenfreude the feeling we get from watching the misftortune of others.

Coz it's unnatural, a taboo, something "forbidden", not usually what happens so it excites people. This is true for other fetishes like incest, bestiality, tentacles, vore, ugly bastard, NTR/corruption, lolicon/shotacon, cheating, etc. It's a fantasy. Seeing something forbidden and unnatural in a sexual way could be exciting, that's why people like to watch/read/play these stuff. I don't judge people by what they like here, I always say porn is for jacking off and reality is separate. As an adult, you should be able to keep your feelings and horniness separate. The problem is, some people have a hard time doing this, so they empathize with the actors/made up characters and they feel like shit later, that's why they end up hating NTR or some of these tags. They just can't separate fantasy with reality.
