About loading bug.
If don't want to change locale before unarchiving you can go to game folder - www/js/plugins find .js file with meaningless name (in my case it was -------...) and renaming it to ショップ画面で装備アイテムの全情報を表示

Then extract the game file again*

Actually you don't need to do that
1) open it in win rar
2) press ctrl+e
3) in list select japanese language (932)
4) extract
