Suggestive, yes, but sexual, no. I dunno if you beat both the twins' challenges you do get the scenes, but otherwise nothing explicit. Maybe the cards too? I guess they're fappable...

From my experience, if you move from, say, 6.5.4 to 6.5.5, the game will automatically make a backup file for that version and update the old savefile to match the new version, picking up right where you left off.
Now, this isn't scientific, it all is just my qualitative experience from having a 6.5.2 savefile a few months back being continuously updated by...well, updates. Always make a backup just in case.

Correct. What I do instead of erasing the folder I have on my desktop is to override the files from the new zip into the old folder, let the extractor override the old files, and it should keep the old save with the new files from the update. Then, once the .exe starts, you should see "previous data from [game version] is found, creating backup." That message lets you know that everything worked as it should. Plus, it also keeps you from making another folder entirely and passing over the save file to the new one.

As he said just keep both versions launch newer save data gets created from old then you can delete the old version.
