I'm pretty sure in the context of this quote its the MC stating the obvious as a joke. If memory serves she responds with "Wait, how did you know!?" or something to that effect. I get what you mean though, but I don't think its necessary in this scenario.
She was such a late retroactive add-in (that hasn't shown up past the place she was retroactively inserted), I'm amazed the dialogue was even halfway decent.

Speaking of frequent screw ups, one of the ongoing screw ups is her name - sometimes it has a "r" (Narzia), sometimes not. I think it has the "r" in the script definition, but gets hardcoded elsewhere without it. And, yeah - they all met at the club. Can't remember if her passing in the hall was the morning after the club, or during the day before going to the club.
