No matter what choices I take the outcome is the same, like Bailey blackmailing me with what happened at the garden with Olivia even if I chose to walk away, or Olivia saying I stare at her boobs even if I choose not to

Does this get better down the line or choices doesn't matter in the game?

There are a few things that choices affect, like whether or not you let Bailey copy your work determines what happens with her at the garden. This is an early rev of the game so there may be more choice-related content later on.
