I think you messed up the gui label positions. The F5 and F6 Options are overlapping. Imma fix it and upload the fixed version here later

Just download this and unzip it, then move the dll file into the "Nurtale Nesche 1.0.2_Data\Managed" Folder and replace the existing file

Does anyone know how to trigger "Giant Tentacle's Prey 3" on stage 4? It seems that only Prey 1 and 2 are used there. Currently trying to compile a list of how certain cutscenes are triggered.

・Bug where monsters behave abnormally when attracted to the barrel tentacle room in stage 5
・Bug where golem revive zone in stage 5 does not function properly

We apologize for the delay in implementing the stage selection function and invincible mode as the refactoring is not yet complete.
Earlier, for about 2 years, I did as you said.
But after thinking, I decided:
1) Different translators translate differently.
2) Not everyone on this forum is English-speaking, including me
and with double translation, the number of translation errors increases significantly, so it is better to have the original text.
3) Modern neural network translators are developing, that is, the translation can change over time.
Unforgettable, now the translation function is built into browsers, or it can be built in if suddenly it is not there.
Post mentions of a golem revive zone/room, but I don't see one in stage 5? Also does anybody know how do runes work?

Attached below is a txt file containing current known ways to unlock the scenes in the gallery viewer (Spoilers). If there are any inaccuracies please let me know.
There are also some hidden animation not listed in the viewer that I noticed. As of version 1.2.6 scene "14. Giant Tentacle Prey" does not have a trigger. Scene "26. Masked Orc's Possession" can be triggered but does not unlock the scene in the viewer afterwards (likely bug).

I also tried using the runes on the statues but they don't seem to do anything as of version 1.2.6. Perhaps in 1.2.7 it'll be fixed. My best guess is that the runes are consumables (as they can be cursed) to reactivate the 3 known goddess statues, since they don't replenish after you use them the first time.
1. Clears all curses (found in stage 2,3,5)
2. Gives alot of normal and silver arrows (found in stage 3,5)
3. Gives the nipple chain "blessing" that prevents Nesche from receiving a 5th curse. (found in stage 5)
1 and 2 are likely reactivated by the "Por" and/or "Nath" runes, while 3 is via the "Ank" and "Tar" runes.

In very hard mode the statue will still light up the first time you come across them if that's what you mean.

As of 1.0.2.7 I can confirm that the runes work where 1.0.2.6 and below doesn't.
You can use "Por" and "Nath" runes to replenish the 1st first goddess statue (one that clears all curses). It'll consume both the runs and reactivate the statue as predicted.
Haven't tested 2 and 3.

Thank you. But I do not know what to do after. Where do I get exit key? Do I need to get caught first? Can I kill the orc?

You get the exit key by hitting the masked orc until it's immobilized as it'll drop it among other things. The key will stay where it drops so even if you get caught you can try heading back there to pick it up and get to the exit.
Fortunately, you don't have to get caught first (you don't even have to trigger the cutscene where the orc notices you). The earliest you can get the key is right after you first encounter the masked orc and goblin. Simply hide in the hallway adjacent to its path. Wait for it to pass and unload all your silver arrows at its back.
No, the orc won't die, but it'll stay still for 10 seconds if you manage to injure it enough.
