Yeah, I'd noticed when I tried playing the other day that I couldn't remove the armbinder. I'm guessing it's a bug?

You have to use the hooks around the map together with a lock pick to remove arm binders and the rope since 1.0.3.0

You still need to use lockpick. You have to use the hook and then use lockpick.

is this game not completed has more content been added? it has the completed tag but it appears to have updates, i dont remember when the last time I played it was but I felt like the content is lacking
