There is a guaranteed drop of a Cure Potion in a nearby cell. It's the one "south" of that one you're in.
Take a look at the in-game map, that area has two long corridors that are parallel to one another. The left long corridor on the map has a single cell, with a loot box in it. I've gotten a Cure Potion every time I've opened that specific box. Unless I've simply been very lucky each time, I believe that box has a guaranteed drop.

Further bug fixes that appeared after the addition of the new level. Some UI and gameplay changes between the previously uploaded here version which was 1.0.3.3. The DLSITE info on what was updated is very vague, but from playing it, there are new icons that show up, sleep potion now heals slightly and gives the same effect as a stamina potion after you wake up, now the goblins actually check into the cell back after they catch you, though that was already in 1.0.3.3 but it had some issues so that was fixed now.
So no real new content, just pure bug fixes and small modifications and tweeks here and there like increasing the base movement speed of the goblins and thieves, adding a new option to the options menu that pauses the game if its in the background and some changes to the Yoke restraint and other restraints stacking with each other and with a Yoke.
OH right i should mention that the dev said that the saves from previous versions can be not compatible with 1.0.3.6 and up. From his own patch notes on Ci-en
"To prevent save files contaminated by errors from being carried over, this version will not load save files from previous versions. We apologize for any inconvenience."

・When you are returned to the gag restraints in the jail in stage 6, you cannot continue playing without a lock pick.
・A bug that prevented some galleries from being unlocked
・Dialogue events when finding a ladder are not saved correctly.
・A bug where the player's cloth did not disappear when wearing the Bondage Restraints and Yoke Bondage
・The numbers on the restraints are not displayed correctly after saving/loading.

Does the slave suit actually do anything outside of making enemies not chase you anymore and only removable by the statue?
Enemy girls have the same outfit and their toys activate when you have the piercings, shame your outfit toys can't be activated some way to make the outfit more dangerous to be in.

No, but i think the dev still has some plans to push further with development of this game, especially considering that he did not only add 1 more level between 1.0 and 1.0.3.7, but added additional gameplay changes, which is something you dont really see in hentai games too often, but see quite often in normal gaming, where you find those god tier devs that actually care for their work and not just dump it sell some copies and never care to do anything more work on the game since it already made money and doubtfully will make much more.

No, the game is fully in English. Maybe its starting in Japanese for you, did you check in the config menu?the mission objectives are in Japanese and so is half the text in this game

Was, it was in 1.0.3.3 which was the previously posted version, 1.0.3.4 has this fixed those missing translations see patch notes i posted above, so 1.0.3.7 should be translated, also the person i quoted claims " the mission objectives are in Japanese and so is half the text in this game " which is factually untrue and a lie, as 1 level with only a few lines missing due to a bug is not "half of the game".
