Totally understandable, I can imagine the stress of thinking you lost your work on the hard drive was insane, sometimes I get super anxious when I lose just a save file in a game, so I can't imagine the anxiety you went through, also taking some time off means higher quality content, getting burnt out on a project you work on is bad for everyone involved, wishing you the best!
