Just tried this - the wife's design is great (obviously). The writing while not stand out was good and so I am definitely interested to see where this goes. I love the Terasu comic you mentioned so if that's an inspiration very much looking forward to it.
I will say the hypnosis feels more like a corruption/NTR set up - hard to imagine a world where that leads to a functional relationship if real. I think part of what I enjoyed from Terasu's comic is the ambiguity/anxiety of not knowing how the GF is feeling (which I why I am ultimately glad it ended with an open ending). I think showing the love between the character's and fleshing that out - why are they married? Why is she staying in the marriage? Is really important in an NTS regardless of whether there are NTR elements or not. If the swinging/cucking dynamic is going to be functional, and if its going to believable, there has to be reason for her to stay faithful to MC. The audience has to be able to understand why they are in a relationship and why they want to preserve it. Otherwise, all the audience sees is her having a good time with other people and her making fun of MC and his little dick. So far we are told he is a great husband but the relationship is just kinda there - I wouldn't know why she chose to date him or why she would keep dating him over any other mildly polite guy - esp. if the other one is making her cum her brains out and filling her to the brim with cum.
Anyway, as others have voiced - I think focus is really important! I understand the incentives to please the audience but I also think everyone is cheering for a script that finishes and does something well and no one is hoping for a game that never ends and does 100 things mediocrely.

I've heard a few things about the hypnosis scene/segment and I would like to reiterate, nothing will lead to NTR.
Hypno video is optional, and viewing the scene sets the flag for future related scenes/lines.
Someone brought up they didn't like how Kat was ignoring the MC during this scene, but it's hypnosis, which is kinda what happens. Though I understand why some people are worried. Kat will forever stay with the MC because she loves him, her will is not weak enough that some hypnosis play would just corrupt her away or something.
As for why they married or will stay married? Well, they love each other. Ultimately this is a porn game, and some things don't need to be spelled out or overexplained.
The MC is a kind and loving husband, and they share many interests. Ultimately, Kat knows that sexual prowess doesn't mean as much. In the latest update you see this with her reaction to Lucie's boyfriend's harassment. But the truth is also that Kat is not going to just be easily swayed by another nice guy just because he has a bigger dick. Doesn't have to have a reason to love the MC. This isn't real life.
As for focus don't worry, ultimately I know I cannot please everyone. This is my game and it will play out how I want it to, so no need to worry about me losing focus.
I know that can be hard to believe since a lot of other indie h-games fall in that hole but I have learned from witnessing that first-hand
