Its netorase since its 100% consensual. But its not swinging. Mc isnt gonna fuck anybody. It shouldnt even have the tag to be honest. Its misleading.

"Swinging" tag is currently the closest we have to a "netorase" tag, since it's technically both sex outside the relationship with both partners' consent. So people use it instead of "netorare," usually alongside "cheating" which mostly serves as the warning sign that there might not be actual swinging in the game. A lot of hentai sites used to do the same back before they got the netorase tag.

But now that I mentioned it, I'm pretty sure there was talk of new tags being planned, with netorase among them. But that was like two years ago. Anybody know what happened on that end?

I get them using the cheating and swing tags for nts but its very misleading. Overviews and dev notes are a good place to clarify the tags but sadly few devs and game pages do it. At least this dev has been very upfront about it.
I think nts games should just stop using the netorare tag completely and in the notes just mention its NTS. Would solve everything, no misleading tags needed

That scene is from the end of the latest update, when Kat goes to the club and then to Will's place. I'm not sure how I got it to show, just assumed it was the default. I remember watching Charlotte during her first scene with the two dudes, then she showed up on the beach when Kat is with the minotaurs (don't think there was a choice there), then Kat sends her to MC's room so he'd have something to do while she was with Will (she ties it in with a phone call/report).
