2 years??? I've been opening this page daily for updates ever since I discovered nyl, i guess good things take time. I never seen anything close in quality, if someone knows pls tell
its not like he started it last month lmao, its already been in development for a year now

He started work on Calarel around January 2023 and the full release was at the end of December 2024, so 2 years give or take a few days. Another thing of note is that his last WIP post for Calarel was 5 months before the official release at the start of August last year.

His first "official" post related to Girls Night Out was at the start of July this year but, from the wording in the description of that post and from content in previous pinups before that post, he definitely started work on it as early as June if not earlier. So, being a little generous, he's been working on Girls Night Out for around 8 months. Working off all that plus the fact that he's already posted the final set of WIPs for the project, I wouldn't be surprised if the full release was still like 6 months away to be honest.
earliest is either in jan of 2025 or march it seems

Earliest preview of GNO was in early July, Probably started working on it in May 2025. So unless he comes out saying "this are the final previews" I don't hope to see this project till late this year.

Not sure where you're seeing that, and I was being generous with my 8 months as well.

The July post was just the first visual preview, the first actual mentions of it are Jan 29 where he mentions hes planning it, then March 21 where he talks about releasing models that he's using in the project (as in he's currently working on it at that moment). Also the last set of WIPs he posted were literally titled "Final Girl's Night Out WIPs", so take that as you will.

Added a snip of the post since it wasn't previously shared here, only the previews.

Shit u right. I mean, it does make sence tha he jumps almost immediately from one big proyect to the next. The earliest mention of the proyect i thought was in the kiriko model showcase, saying those were the "last pieces" he needed

But the text says it's the last round of WIPs. I interpret that as meaning there won't be any more WIPs and what's coming next will be a trailer or the animation.

If that project comes out in December of this year, I'm going to have to freeze myself like Captain America and have someone unfreeze me when it's released.

No way in heaven and earth Girl's Night Out will release in december. It's already been a year since the last big proyect dropped, and with the wips he posted being the "final" ones, the trialer should be droping sooner rather than later

This thread has experienced ongoing off-topic issues despite existing warnings. To be crystal clear about what IS allowed, here are examples of ON-TOPIC posts:

ALLOWED DISCUSSIONS:
- OP update announcements and new releases
- Questions about current projects (e.g., "Is Girls Night Out still in production?")
- Timeline speculation based on Nyl's past release patterns
- Patreon subscribers sharing official updates/WIPs from Nyl
- Asking if someone has specific Nyl animations/content
- Correcting wrong artist attribution (e.g., "That's Rigid3D, not Nyl")
- Brief reactions to Nyl's released work ("This animation is amazing")
- Questions about where to find Nyl's older content

NOT ALLOWED:
- Character ranking debates ("Ashe > Widowmaker > Mercy")
- Complaints about Nyl's content choices or creative decisions
- Extended discussions about Nyl's work schedule, pricing, or business practices
- Requests for similar artists or recommendations → Use [link to Recommendations forum]
- Posting fan-made content (HMVs, music videos, edits) → Consider creating a separate fan works thread
- Debates about fetish content clearly present in Nyl's work → Use [link to Off-Topic futa thread]
- Random off-topic conversations (signatures, unrelated topics, etc.)

CONSEQUENCES:
This thread has been locked before in the past and continues to require heavy moderation.

- First violation: Post deleted
- Second violation within 30 days: Perm thread ban
- Alt accounts used to evade bans will be reported to Staff for site-wide action

If you see rule violations, REPORT them - don't reply to them. Replying to off-topic posts keeps them visible longer and encourages more violations.

This thread is on thin ice. Help keep it open by staying on topic.
