I would say the majority is real. Bestiality can be a problem due to HS2 scope, but I'll try to come up with something. As you can see, I am getting the maximum out of it. You haven't seen many of the scenes I've done and am planning to do in other HS2 games. I've said enough about prostitution. I've never heard of gothification, but I can imagine it. Not sure about it though.
I trust the dev to give us something that makes sense in the context of the VN he's creating. From your list, the only thing I feel would make sense is "Body modifications (tattoos, piercings, plastic surgery...)", in the context of "bimbofication" of the characters.
I don't think the developer knows himself. (Or maybe he does.) Normally games are developed "as they go" with a somewhat idea of the total story from beginning to the end. But as they are continuously worked with, the developers gets new ideas and/or input from his peers/patreons/fans. So all games will eventually end, but it might take a lot more time to reach that point than initially planned.

That's a bummer but between looking at the previews and reading the comments I expected this would devolve into a sharing game because it certainly isn't a harem if you share em. Godspeed with your vision.
Well there was nothing in the game when that post was made and there is still nothing more than 3 months later (so anytime soon was also correct)?
Really a shame, i have no problem with these genres per se, but i was expecting something different, there aren't many games that focus on Maledom and in all honesty the mix of these genres just doesn't work for me, having said that, It's still a good game and I'll definitely check it out once in a while, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't blown away by it
