So I can't "continue", and my save is broken and I can't skip unseen text...

My save is broken and I can't skip the dialogues to the point where I stopped.

I also can't return to dialogues in scenes using Scroll. The settings say that it's possible to return to dialogues and scenes using the pick up key, but it doesn't work.
