You have to include the config.rpgsave and global.rpgsave files.
This is a game with a recollection mechanic, it's not one of the other types that only need a slot file. If I remember correctly, those two files are responsible for keeping the replayable scenes consistent whatever save we're using, so if they're not included the save won't show up.
Please reupload your save. I got the kinda-good ending and I don't have the heart to spoil her life...but I do want to look at the scenes for...uh, research.

Yeah technobrake has made tons of mini games. Its behind a paywall at the japanese patreon cien.
Is there a full gallery save file?
Did a purity run and with the mouthful of wholesome, I kinda don't want to put her through the horrors...but I do want to see the scenes.

I have some of the mini-games and they are already translated. (They have an option to select which language). Don't know if I can post any links yet though.

Try this @Missmiles. Unpack and install the two extracted maps in Nymphomania Paradox\www\data folder.
It'll unlock scenes and endings, you can view by selecting the bed in her apartment.

Wow thnks man, btw do you know if Nymphomania perception is finished ? i honestly didnt see any anouncments about it and techno straight up made small mini games thus eventually even i forgot about it, i just checked and it seems his lastest patreon game "Tinny room"'s early alpha has been released, yet i never saw anything similar for perception
