The only thing I did was get money and rise Jimm sex exp to be able to learn endurance and technique up to 10 each. (is an old save but not soo old, arround MV v0.58). did anything change that may have caused this?

sometimes i can't do it either, try making sure you have ntr on and no one else is in the party. maybe she also needs high horniness
some bad ends including for the succubus
beyond barebones "mechanics" where when you play as a dude you can knock up npcs but its a generic nothing basically.
