I have turned ntr on at the beginning of the game, but I haven't unlocked it yet, so you are save unless you press "A" and pick the red option.
You have to talk with the quest Lady a few times, just press enter 3 times and than pick the lowest option (yes I know there is no text) you can now go to the new locations on the world map. However never, ever open your questlog. If you do that the game will crash.
A lot of the new stuff has no text so you pick stuff blind, so I suggest to keep my save file for the next update so you can make decisions knowing what MC will say.
