Why Techno don't hire another person to work with him? He probably go faster to make is game (and don't have the same problem when he broke his arm...)

Doesn't work like that. Even if he could. There's several reasons to that. But the more major ones being:
Drama can occur and disagreements between an employee and their boss. And sometimes the employee will go against the ideas, wishes and intent of the boss.
The costs, depending on certain conditions and what contract it is. Can become rather high, and you cannot guarantee that the person's quality can be guaranteed, and often so betrays poor worksmanship.
If anything. There's a very small minory, but who's rather loud. That is very anti-NTR. You hire someone who's that, without knowing that they are ok with it. Can be very detrimental for more then one reason. These super minority i've just refer to "Anti-NTR Extremists" since they want to enforce with any means necessary, inflammetory behavior to tell the Developers/Creators to stop doing what they are doing, for whatever reason. It's happened before (been through F95 Threads that had NTR tags in it and found angry morons about it).
There's a clear reason that people, especially if you're a Developer/Creator, want employees and groups who either agrees with you or is ok with you. That way you'll avoid stupid drama and hijacking of someone's art, design and content that they wanted to make. Let's not have something like Araka from I'm Moralist, where the Guests and the original developer didn't make sense.

Pretty sure there will be. The Goblin Ending had Pregnancy Ending. However, it's gonna be difficult to implement that besides MC impregnating NPCs. Since if that is to happen to Priestess for example, that'll be one hell of a difficult proposition. Since MC and Priestess is almost all the time together outside of Capital. I dunno what Technobrake has any ideas of Pregnancy Content for now, and there's no leads showing the intent of such content any further than what we already have.
So i'd suggest keep an eye on his Ci-en page. And see what he is up to. IF any Impregnation/Pregnancy content is added, even if slightly, means his intent is to add more. But it's going to be difficult in his vast project with some rather heavy interweaving relationships and stats, if not scenes being a heck of a nightmare to produce that makes at least some sense.
In short. We have to wait and see for any leads/intent of such content. But i'm positive there will be such in future, but when is the true question. His intent seems to be to expand the Capital Content for now and Quest/Story Content. Seeing as Iris is gonna be a character we may just will interact with. There's also a Black Symbol next to the Sleep Room, that leads to some form of unique Gallery, which previews some kind of future content he has in store. At least that's what it looks like.
He hasn’t. KAMICHICHI is doing a game and apparently asked him and another game dev to do a side event? (not sure cause google translate) in their upcoming game and he added Iris into their game. I have no clue if this CG is involved with nymphomania priestess though as they also said they asked Techno to write the scene for them.

I believe it is in the goblin cave outside the capital (to the south-east), you need to have Yarizo with you and the scene probably changes based on Yarizo addiction or bond level.
Just go into a dungeon (the Sewers, Goblin Cave, etc...) and there should be colored circles on the ground, walk into one and an event should trigger, you need Yarizo for some of the events.

Are they all the same or are they specific to the goblin cave and the sewers?
Before I get yelled at for being somewhere i shouldnt be, I KNOW! That said i get this error when trying to enter dungeon room where Yarizo tries to leave the group. also ive been trying to get the cheat menu working (using "RPG-Maker-MV-Cheat-Menu-Plugin-master") even after extracing the files i still cant get the plugins file needed. any ideas for either of them?

Techno released an update for .39. Some bug fixes and the English translation is now up to date with .38. He also apparently (according to google translate) now has an English speaker doing the translations.
He also said there will be no update at the end of the month due to the amount of content he wants to add in .40. Instead we’ll get his mini game he teased last time.
He also previewed two of the scenes in .40 and his mini game again.
