besides cheating there is no fast way to rise love and lust right?

For Love I am not sure, but technically the "Ona-hole" dialogue option in the sewers in the events raises Lust by 1 every time you do it. Obviously this is not the most effective way to up it though and ur better off just cheating it up since TB first has to implement sensible ways to increase stats in the game.

I don't understand the reasoning behind adding more and more scenes that you can only unlock via cheating. Why not expand more of the game that helps you GET to new content?
Add more scenes and events that actually affect your stats, so we can actually play the game instead of just cheating every new version to see what's new.

You can download the RPGM runtimes from the RPGM website. If you google "RPGVXAce RTP", either the first or second link will help you.
You don't need to purchase RPGM to download the RTP

The cheat item no longer raises Yorizo's level. And if you try, it makes all actions that add Yorizo xp give +0 until you load another save before you used it.

Yea i figured that one out... I just used the save editor to edit Yarizo bond. Just change variable 204: to 5
