I rely love this game but for now there is too much problem, like already says previously the sexshop is bugged for me too as well as the NTR revenge quest where the 2 options give me a error, concerning the flowers for the public bath, I don't know were there are making me totally stuck in the game, I can only hope these problems will be solved in the next update.

Ever heard of CTRL ALT DELETE? Try that, if that fails, then try ALT TAB and click the small "X" on the rightmost corner of the game's application window. X marks the spot, and in this situation, it should close out of the game you are in.
