I wrote a post a few pages back but basically finish the chapter 1 story and then go to the bonus section in the menu, then in the menu scroll down to the bottom of the characters keep scrolling and you should get to a new page with Sally scenes there.
There's the gigachad jimmy one you can get if you have high sex and cum endurance stats, you have to go to the swamp just before the vampire princess' castle and go to the bathladys hut and stay the night while in the dream you should be able to select priestess or I think iris is visible anyway that's the only other iris scene I know aside from the one you find in the bathhouse playing as kohaku
