If u open that file which i send, then there is a "www" file just copy it and paste it in your game file and click replace.

is there is a option of rank up in the guild if not then there is a bug and u needed 50 for rank up

For that we have to pay , I tried to download that version but i couldn't and it is only available on official website we have to wait for sometime so it get leaked because that update happened like in April so it is currently unavailable.
