Apparently it's varible #215. It's not really a relationship level like Yarizo's though, it's just a counter of how many scenes with you've already seen.
is there a bug with the milk quest ? Completed the first 2 but it's not showing up on the quest board.

Try using the quest board in the Inn menu of that village, not in the capital.

So if you turn off the ntr it does only affects the priestess or all the female characters in the game?

As far as I know there is currently no ntr scenes with any female character outside of the Priestess so it shouldn't affect anything else.

Okay, with ntr off, the MC is the only one sleeping with the priestess. I don't mind other female characters sleeping with others. It's just that I've played a game before where I had the ntr turned off and it ended up happening. Thanks for the answer and sorry for this long answer xD

Dev said he'd add enough content that'd be fine without the NTR, but of course NTR scenes are pretty much the cream of this game, since this is what his patrons want the most.

I usually play all the routes so if I cant turn off half of the game and that way I can play more freely I will do it and when I finish it I will go for the ntr route
