Is there a way to fix the bug after the immortal quest where the bar scene happens over and over when you try to enter it and entering the street softlocks your game or is my save ruined permanently?

Just go forward from the Forest that is to the left of Titan Step. Then the forest area above, in the poison swamps to the top you will have the Vampire's castle, to the right you will see a building, that is where the Bath Lady will be there, depending on who accompanies you, you will get different scenes in a dream when you spend the night there.

You need to get a big amount of sex technic and cum endurance (you can use the cheat item for that). I think it was around 60?

I think they're talking about the swamp map. There's two elements to interact with, the northern exit and a small house on the right side.
