Just look at the changelog. I think it's just more defeat stuff, and something about the Dwarf Shortstack blacksmith in the spot near Titan's step.

You need to have Endurance and Charisma high to handle the late night booze game and then you can fuck her. To do the game, you need to have 50+ relationship with her and you can raise that by going to her workplace and giving her gifts. Model's bag adds a +5 with each interactions.
