For those who have played the chinese version: exactly what does the harem or ntr route choice at the start do? NTR route feels like they immediately put her at 100% corruption and lewdness which I don't like, I enjoy more of the progression into NTR. But does the harem route completely lock you out of NTR content? I tried it and it certainly feels that way...

It's like a Chinese conspiracy. Mostly English-speaking people supporting a Chinese dev who favors his Chinese fans, who probably pay only a tiny fraction of his income.

The chinese version is the modded version of the game.
The game was initially developed in RPG Maker VX Ace which is an old RPG Maker engine. That version is the 0.50 and below. It has the original story line and quests plus a lot of experimental content that the dev was trying out. But some of that content had to be removed because of Patreon TOS.
So a chinese dev decided to take and older version around 0.4x to make its own version of the game with all of the stuff that was removed from the original plus stuff that some people were asking but the original dev did not deliver.
Later the original developer decided to rework the game and move it from RPG Maker VX Ace to RPG Maker MV, which is newer but still kind of old. From here he removed all the main story and most of the experimental content (some was added later as bonus events).
This newer version is currently in 0.80e. It has higher resolution assets and some reworked mechanics, but nothing is yet completed, he just set the basis of many mechanics but are still unfinished.
After this change in engine the dev wanted to get rid of the main story all together, he said that it was not needed for an HGame, but his supporters asked for it so he decided to make a new story from 0. The Current version 0.80e only has the first chapter of this new story.
Now the game is waiting its full release, there are no more content updates until then, just some patches with bonus stuff.

I've been playing this game for a few weeks now, and I must say, the game is crap in terms of information.
You don't know what magic or miracles do until you buy it (buy it and don't save it to test its extremely boring) it doesn't give information about the missions or about any questions you might have, and even if you ask the community they don't answer you (they are not obliged to answer of course)
I literally have dependent on old comments and chatgpt for answers,It's a shame that such a good game is so poor in these things

Yeah the game doesn't explain much, I think this is because 1. The Dev wanted the player to try everything by themself. 2. The Dev is kind of a troll. 3. Most mechanics are unfinished.
About asking the community, most of the people that played the game a lot are not interest on it anymore, because of all of the delays and problems, so most of them don't check this thread. Also the information on the OP is outdated and like 60% of the comments are repeating the same questions over and over again, so most are kind of tired of answering the same questions.
I'm playing on ver 0.8e. it's will be easy to rank up in lastest version

The current version is 0.80e, also the game ask you when you start a new game if you want it in English or Japanese.
The game has no Gallery option so there isn't any point on having a full save, but there are some saves posted on the thread with access to some events.
There is a Walkthrough on the OP but is outdated and obsolote right now because is for a very old version of the game.
The option should be there, and the lust cap is 200. Which version are you playing?
I've been saying this for months maybe even a year-- the only true NTR experience is techno baiting the cuck audience then curbing them at every turn since then.
