You can't do anything about it. But there is one way to escape this situation, use Mtool and turn on noclip. That way, you will be able to continue this event and exit it later
Tbh... That kind of this is pretty common in certain hgames where in certain scene, character walks and etc. It's either wrong positioning or character must go up to a certain point, before text line which triggers to go to a certain direction(lunaria fantasy and speeding text with ctrl during massage parlour event)
Gang, it turns out I had to go in solo! What in the world?! Without asking anyone here I would've never known that to raise the relationship with PM I had to swing by alone at some point to talk with her! Snap! Game could use some better hints on how to unlock certain content lol.

Can't seem to find nor trigger the Stud Brother's quest. I got the Patch F applied properly though? I also finished the Dojo Quest.
