Apparently the F version uploaded is bugged, and you need to use the uploader's save to continue, still hope someone one day uploads a version with all the patches that works.

This is a slum quest. If I remember correctly, you need to be a level 2 adventurer and go to the pedestrian area. It might be during the day or night, I don't remember exactly. In the first scene, play through the quest until you reach the bandit's hideout. They'll capture a woman and you have to defeat her. Mas will then tell you that the woman is in the basement. After meeting her, choose to calm her down with Jimmy himself. In the second scene, after completing the slum quest, return to the slum village with Jimmy alone. There will be a small house in the lower left corner, approximately in the middle of the map. There will be two siblings who need medicine to heal their sister. Choose to give her the medicine. How do I unlock the Slum quest? I've reached Rank 3 but I can't go to the left area. Keep turning me away.

There's a hidden quest on the right side of town. Walk down an alley at night; someone from the slums will be waiting to give you the quest. Go to the very end on the right side of town, and you'll have a random location to choose from. I don't remember which area on the right side it's in.

okay so since some of you have problems with the version imma upload it one more time with a save file
This includes: Rank 3, all map unlocked, yarizo unlocked, PM unlocked, VP unlocked, Start of the Sally Quest (the other priestess).

Thanks again. The game works fine now but the new side-quests introduced with the monthly patches are bugged. For example the one with the new introvert priestess. An error showing "Typescript error" shows at the end before the game crashing.

If you are playing current version, you can't talk to her about it, because the talk happens during the Main Story in the Intro of the game (if you choose Netorase at the start). So you already start with the Priestess aware of the cucking fetish.
