There's an NPC with an exclamation mark you can talk to in the main building.
After that, you go to the 2nd map to the large building with guards.
then after that, you can go to the large building in the first map with 1 NPC outside.
Sadly there's no text for it in english version yet.

I thought I had already spoken with it, but as I went to check the building with the guards, the game said the doors were 'closed'. Could you please, and I know it may sounds a bit awkward, screenshot which of the NPC I have to talk to?

For some reason, she is not there and I am quite sure I didn't speak to her.

EDIT: I think I got it. If you have an old save with the previous Iris quest (pre-rewrite) done, the save will get bugged and many flags will not activate as intended.

EDIT 2: It doesn't work. I am just baffled by what I am missing here.

To get iris quest you need to finish main story first then the black dress npc will be there

There apparently is a sadist and masochist system in game though it doesnt seem to be implemented yet fully, as you can be a sadist and step on kohakus head or be her masochist and be dommed. Though Idk when it will be expanded upon.
