Does anyone know how to remove this? I went into the red light district store, checked the purple doll and this came out. Even when I close the game and load my game, it still appears.

Update:
It turns out that since I was alone, I managed to get to the priestess, when she gave me the animation where she finds the scent of another girl on me, it took care of itself. But I don't know if it's a reported bug or not, the fact of that white box in the red light district store.
Man her Red eyes freak me out I would love to change the color of her eyes to make her less scary when she gets jealous or when she turns into murder mode.

The saves are very or extremely closer by to the trigger to some scene so you just need to activate them without having to play anything
