Download the Old version, the "new" one is not completed, it's just a part of the game that has been ported.
Until the new full ported version (version 0.51) has not been posted, you sould stick with the old one.
The MV Build is mostly for you to see the increased quality (more HD).

The Old Version available here is the 0.50a, the last playable version is the 0.50b which is not here.
When the dev finish to port it the game version will be 0.51.

1.1 is in complete overhaul due to engine change, everything is completely blocked out and buggy, i reccomend to go to the 0.5 and wait for the new one to be fixed.

I will be more surprised if the DOESN'T do that, to be honest. I'm just enjoying the game while it lasts.
