Go to the translate tab in MTool, wait 'til it loads the text. Change source language to Chinese, click 'start translation', wait 'til it's done.
The last patch was exactly two months ago, and it was basically just a "balance changes patch" with no actual content added to the game other than value changes. The "patch" before that, on 7th october didn't add anything either, as it was an event patch. So the last *actual* patch that added any content to the game was on 1st August. That means that the last patch he made was like, 6 months ago. Whenever I see someone justify Techno and call him diligent I feel like getting sick. For 6 months we didn't get anything even though he's making a fortune each month.
2500 subscribers on Subscribestar and $420 bucks off his old patreon. He's making a fortune alright.

Well, drag-n-drop or click on specific area and select Game.exe in Mtool window.
I have to do this because i have Mtool in different directory, not in where StartWithTool (from archive) trying to find it.

I`m having a problem trying to play this version of the game, the download is fine, but when I extract the files, the game.exe doensn't show up, only the start with tool is there, which doenst work, says the mtool is not on the files and when I try to open the game.exe that is directly on the winrar file, an error shows up saying there's a problem with the nw_elf.dll file, says it isn't there, which it is, this is the first time this happens to me.
Mtool says it can't open the game on the compacted vesion since it's a temporary archive. System locale is already in japanese aswell, no ideia what's happening.
I also might just be retarded.

You can rightclick the bat file and open with notepad to see where the .exe is and I believe it's hidden so make sure you have that Hidden Items box checked to see the potentially hidden .exe
does yanran just translates the game to chinese or he adds new content also? i might as well
