Okay so I tried loading my 2.0 save into the 2.1 game
Loaded successfully, and this time i got a little farther during this event
The wolf on the left will continue the quest, there's a dialogue, sex scene then a fight, after the fight you go down another level, there's literally nothing there so you climb up on the exit and you end up outside a gate where you find the corpse of the guy who gave you the recommendation, then I wanted to exit the sewers, but the place that I entered from is magically closed and now I am stuck. I tried nocliping through the cage but then I end up back into the infinite orphanage mission loop

Can someone tell me what is this parameter initialization option u get from fortune teller?

It resets the stat points of each character. So like when you level up and you get the 3 stat points and spend them, you can go to the fortune teller and get back all those points on whichever character attribute you want.
