It was banned because a guy named @TheStrelok kept reporting it here. Some want to say it was because of the shota but that wasnt the case, the rule is against "**" this game has a shota fucking not actual **.
If the game was banned for the shota sex then they would have banned 10's of other titles on this website that have a shota main character fucking women but they didnt.
