It's hardly a "problem". It's just not translated to English yet and just done that way instead of switching to Japanese text. English version will always be behind the Japanese version for the alphas.
from what I saw no text appears in the beach event, apparently they did not think of putting anything XD
Here arrangements of the Dungeon can already go to fight with the orc and can also leave the dundeon through the main entrance XD. Say if it gives you an error in the same place even though it shouldn't have already been provided several times.

The creator never said it's going to be done this year, in fact I'm pretty sure he said he's not going to be done by the end of the year, which in when Cyberpunk, done by a AAA company will most likely finish before this game. Seems latest update broke the save files, mostly nothing shows up in the text boxes for the new missions and interactions in the port town. Still, it's understandable since the game is still in development, maybe I'll try to do a new save from the start or wait for it to get fixed. Can't wait for more update.
(Though we really need some stats editor in-game for MC too, a.k.a. cheats, rather than using save editor that may break the game, specially if updates would need you to re-do stuffs again, which really is not unusual for games still in development).
