Secret ntr means you won't see any scene, only aftermath. You must use your imagination
So what scenesdoes this apply too? Ik that the camp scene is one but is there another?
Is there a reason her love drops sometimes? Is it due to enemies groping her? And is it based on lust?

For me, I think it's just a side update with new scenes and maybe new side quests. The main quest process is still paused
