PM stops at lvl 4 in the current build, as for Yarizo to level 3 i cant remember I think it had something to do with an event with him at an inn (not in main city). Then to higher levels there currently isn't a way without using the cheat tool in the closet in main city inn

Dude instead of asking over 10 questions on what to do, just try playing the game. Look around the map try looking at places with/without priestess in party and then if you get really stuck then ask for help haha.

I ran around the whole city, talked to all the people, went to the underground ring, to the farm, to the strip club and went everywhere in the hotel. I did the same thing at night, but there was nothing further on the plot
Yep, at some point it become kinda hard to know where to go and what to do. Personnaly this is the reason why i'm getting tired of RPG, in most of them there is not enough information of what to do excatly (or even no information at all sometimes), so it can take alot of time to complete everything.
