what is that cheat you are using?? how did you get it?

to get yarizo 1st you go to port town, there is an automatic event, you decide his fate, if he survive you go back to the royal capital you started at, and he is at the adventures guild, you can recruit him from there.

Is Yarizo lvl5 event broken or not (re)implemented yet ?
I haven't played this in a while and despite the game prompting me to
"When you sleep with [blank] in an inn outside the royal capital at night, Yarizo's new bond level will be unlocked", nothing happens when I do so.

yeah i got the same problem, i can get level five for Yarizo

did you go there with a follower in the part? or just the male MC and the female MC?

did you edit any variables with the cheat? you might have done something and the event refuses to trigger now

IIRC and we're talking about the order from the "A key menu" you have to raise her lust to something like 100 or 120 and her love must be pretty high too.

If i remember correctly she should be in her room on the 2nd floor to the right. I'm not sure if theres a cut scene at the entrance
