Most likely, the author has already cut out and will cut out a huge chunk of what was planned in order to quickly close the project in a minimalist state.
It's none of my business and I don't know the details, but in general I heard that the author was well sponsored, but in the end, this is all there is at the moment after such a long period of time.

Does this game have an ending yet? If not, how do I unlock the map on the left side? I’ve already encountered the Vampire, defeated Medusa, and reached the Dark Elf village. What should I do next? (By the way, my English isn’t very good, thanks for reading :>)

I don't have any advice. You've unlocked the entire map, there is no new areas to explore in this version.
Regarding the ending: there is no ending yet. The game isn't complete, wait for the next update.
There might have been a few scenes that you haven't unlocked, but play around, as solo priestess too, and you'll get some events, for example walking naked in the main city you get approached by cops and get arrested which leads to a few scenes, but also get approached by a pervert who depending on your Love and Lust has a different scene. There's also some scenes in the strip bar and casino, and a few others elsewhere.
I recommend you turning Cheats on with the cheat item (you can get it from the wardrobe in your room iirc), and use the cheat item to turn on "Event Test Mode". This allows you to choose which variant of an event happens, which is the only way to see some variants, as some are locked behind relationship levels that are too hard to get or impossible.

what is the progress % completed in this game? was wondering if its worth it to play through and keep the save file for future updates

I think i encountered a bug, idk how it happened though. I am trying to get the guild rank 2 and complete the follower quest where i need 30 fame but after exceeding that amount nothing happens. I tried talking to the receptionist but if i want to report completion of a quest nothing happens. Anyone having the same issue or knows how to fix it? Is there possibly a mechanic in the game where i can manually complete the quest im stuck at?

By mechanic? I only saw there was a ending that the villains are able to break her protection, if it isn't ending only that'd be pretty sweet.
