There's a lot of asset recycling so it can end up being a different size between scenes. There's a few scenes where Jimmy has a regular sized penis, probably because some of the assets were being recycled from a sex scene with another guy. Apparently the same thing happens to Yarizo but in reverse, he gets smaller.

Look at the pictures in the thread here then you will see which parts got uncensored. There are also pixel sprite scenes added afaik.
