is it normal that pm has no head during battle rape scene?
Also in the ntr battle scene with yarizo priestess has no head, no art or just a bug?

Thats strange. Im assuming you went down to the cave in the church and defeated the monster down there and michael ran out. Which if you also got out of the cave, should have triggered a cutscene, so yeah game bugged, but dont quote me im stupidI tried that, I assume it's this church?

He talks about updating or working on updating the game around october and if i remember correctly in his twitter he posted a picture of PM sucking a peen, so people are dsying there might finally be PM ntr
I think you got glitch,trying other language like japanese to play.
sometime is game can't read some file (maybe)

I've only seen a MOD by kddttnt and the Mod makes some images uncensored and improves a few images to make them a bit better as well as unlock dungeon mode which was removed from the base game he's done a great job, but their are no mods that I know of that add 'lot of content'. So i'd either just get base game then try Kddttnt Mod or just go with Kddttnt Mod from the start.
