I am also afraid of this... this was such a cool game and still is, but the future isn't cool at all, even the new content which was promised months ago doesn't seem good enough to return...

Art and rigging seem to have the biggest time requirement. The main artist is also involved in another game now.

If I remember correctly (And don't take this as a fact because I read it months ago) the artist was actually on point working on the game, the main dev is the one getting behind on the schedule for development, reason why...

the artist started working in another game, after not receiving orders by the main dev.

Again, I may be miss-remembering all of this but it was the drama few months ago.

I only played in this for story. a couple of years ago.
I wondered if the girl is like a 'sleeper' and the whole sex doll thing is just her cover-up.
there were other interesting things, like that time when the girl shared her views about humanity... that was pure fascism btw, and I was intrugued if the MC could shift her views according to what the player sees fit.
afaik the story isn't finished, but they added some thing that are totally unimportant for a big picture - like hand holding, fishing Stardew-style (though absurdly harder, literally unplayable) and... even more trash like 'clothes' (just a texture of clothing with another flat, tasteless image or another fucking ad).
this game is done.

lmao @ everyone here acting like this dev being slow is a recent problem. updates were lightning fast and had a ton of content....years ago for the first 6 months. after that its been 1-2 hours of content a year (been two years now). rofl
