I think (personally) that the lack of up-front activities (things for the player to actually DO) is dragging the game down a bit.
Right now if you start a new game from scratch, what's new? very little, it's the same old : work, stonks, casino, walk, shop, frick bot. theres nothing new to engage the players with that can be done anytime, everything is slowly being gated by story events, which, okay great, progression!... but there's been nothing of actual interest to improve the gameplay loop... in essence, the player is doomed to become BORED. and that is a big no-no.

also, far... FAR too much clothes per update, let modders deal with that, they are amazing at things like that. focus on the actual game Devs!

If anything I think accessories, clothing, etc. (I'm going to lump it all into "clothing") added per update should literally just be making the mods official.

There are already a TON of clothing options added by modders. But each update holds the potential of breaking the modded clothing. Also the naming conventions can be pretty shit sometimes. So rather than the devs spending resources on making new official clothing, I say they should just take the clothing made in between each update by modders, and make it official. Or at least grab a good chunk of the modded clothing.

I can see three ways they can introduce pregnancy fetish.
