It's coil whine. Somehow the game is hitting your gpu in a particular way that's causing the coils to vibrate. This isn't really the game's fault and it's just an unlucky coincidence.
As for optimization. The biggest bottle neck in the game is live2d. It accounts for most of the frame time and because most of the performance hungry code is in their prebuilt dll it'd be hard to do anything about it.

It depends on the poll. The dev seems to have two polls, one with "big options" that probably take a lot of time and effort to implement, while the small options don't take as long (or different people), so more of that is implemented.
The big poll included most of the sex stuff (probably because it'll take the artist a long time to work on it), and last time "more interactive sex" just barely won out against a threesome with Annalie. Doggystyle POV was on 6th place, Sumata on 11th.
The things you mentioned were all on the small poll.

I haven't played the update myself yet (waiting for the bugfix release in January), but from what I've read the big stuff is more interaction possibilities during the sex scenes.
It even has something for the most degenerate among us: You can apparently now engage in unprotected handholding during sex.

From what ive seen as a paying suporter most peeps actualy want more story and romance and more stuff to do ingame. Reason why we got fishing, cooking and more dates with Jun.

Wrong. It changes multiple dialogues to not mention it and it was as an often requested feature. There are still some mentions that haven't been patched out in the non stream playthrough, but they will be fixed in future small updates

Maybe to emphasizes that each of those 4 is still done very simply, I too think this game needs more sex positions and expand the simulation aspect and generally just make the sex less boring (the cum overlays need a revamp so that the cum appears on the body where it actually lands, kinda like it's done in Super Deep Throat which does facials and cumshots fairly well and let's remember it's an ancient flash game, not an advanced game engine like Unity, x-ray needs revamp, needs bulges, pregnancy modules, and making her orgams more challenging, and thus also more rewarding).

I believe if you don't stream at least once for the first 12 days, your CockTwitch account is deactivated and there's no way to re-activate it. You're essentially on the "No streaming" ending at this point, and the only way to stream would be to start a new game and stream at least once within the first 12 days.

Your GPU is 5000 series of AMD graphic chards it has less optimizations for unity, 5000 series of gpu's mostly gets fixes for newer games and some other programs. I know that you can play some games with that card and they can work well on it, but some new features that unity has and is getting doesn't work well with older software and hardware.

The 6000 and 7000 series of gpu's work well with unity games and unity hub, cuz of the newer optimizations and features.

first time playing this game. gotta say i am liking it. but i do have one point i find verrrrrry annoying. that is the lack of knowing wtf to do in the fishing mini game. gotten as far as getting a fish on the line then it's like how do i reel this f#cking thing in. no instructions no time to figure it out b4 it's lost....... but like i said i am enjoying the game so far nice art work good playabilty mostly and it was a nice suprise waking up to my (in heat) cat girl on top of me lol. good work dev keep it up
