IAmAB Can you add an option to unlock the gallery scenes to your mod?
It'll probably break the game. Will this still work up to the new content or will it break the game?
I let AB know on their and the Team's Discords but hasn't responded yet, so guessing AB's sleeping, so it could be a while.when will the 0.6 mod be out bro ?
Or playing Cyberpunk 2077 like, assumedly, half the world right nowI let AB know on their and the Team's Discords but hasn't responded yet, so guessing AB's sleeping, so it could be a while.
I dunno I dont think half the world can afford super expensive games consolesOr playing Cyberpunk 2077 like, assumedly, half the world right now
The reason people ask is that some WT and/or gallery mods will still mostly function with an older mod version (e.g. 0.5.1 mod working on 6.0 game). Many mods do still function, and provide recommended choices and the ability to replay older scenes, but just lack the answers and scenes from most up to date game version. On the other hand, it's not unheard of for mixing versions to completely break the whole replay gallery including older content, and I've occasionally seen mismatched mod versions induce odd save game related crashes/errors.LOL Why do people keep asking a stupid question in every walkthrough mod thread to any game whether the old version of the mod will work with the new version of the game?
After all it is obvious and logical that if it is "walkthrough mod" it also needs to be updated when any game is updated to a newer version beacuse this is not some cheat mod which can be universal for any version of the game if the dev does not change the coding but "walkthrough" mod ( remember this magical word when you check such mod ) which means that it's the kind of mod that highlights the right choices in the game or tells you what to do next in the game so it should be logical for everyone that if dev updates a game it always needs updating mod in the same way because otherwise you will not see the new content added in the game or the changes that the newer version adds.
If the game has for example a new rpy file with content for each update then it is possible that the old mod will work, but it is known that it will not add new content and you will probably not see this new content, because it is unlikely to be added in the old mod value that will jump to new content that does not yet exist. The reason people ask is that some WT and/or gallery mods will still mostly function with an older mod version (e.g. 0.5.1 mod working on 6.0 game). So it's a perfectly relevant question to have answered, and there's a decent chance an earlier poster may well be able to verify function. I'll go ahead and experiment a bit with this one and see if I can report back with an answer.
