More than likely. The developer still regularly makes the content on Patreon, and posts updates along with free characters on their itch.io page. They probably just got sick of people trying to leak their work when most of it has to be paid for on Patreon.

Developers don't have any control over what leaks, I think the uploaders on here just don't care about this game. It is pretty generic AI art, nothing worth sharing.
